Update to servers planned for April

Starting in April, we will be performing some updates on our servers which will include changes to SSL connections to our services. As a result of these changes, we will be dropping support for TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1.

Browsers released in the last 5 years will not be affected by this update and will benefit from the higher security version. Older browsers, however, may have difficulties connecting to our services.

In this regard, we recommend that our members use browsers and operating systems no older than the following:

  • Chrome 33+
  • Edge Firefox 34+ 
  • Opera 20+
  • IE 11+
  • Safari 8+
 
  • Windows 7+
  • MacOS 10.10+
